Reiki

Reiki is the energy that runs through all things. This energy is the internal current  of our health and well being.To receive a treatment the client simply lays down on a massage table, fully clothed. Reiki is then given through the hands in a series of different positions such as the shoulders, abdomen or feet. As the hands are placed in these positions the flow of energy increases. 
Physically as this flow increases,the muscles  relax which brings blood to that area aiding in rapid healing and deep restoration. Internally, due to the increase of energy one will literally de-stress and find that greater flow that brings about the levels of ourselves that are infinitely connected, grounded, and complete.
