Sarah Romero

Sarah was first introduced to yoga in 2005 when she tried an Iyengar-inspired class at the gym where she worked. She was immediately drawn to the practice, but it wasn't until 2009, when a friend took her to her first hot yoga class that she fell in love with yoga.

She received her 200 hour certification in 2011, and began teaching classes immediately. After Sarah became a mother, her practice took a new shape and her focus shifted to supporting other parents during pregnancy, birth and new parenthood. She became a doula in 2016, and attended an advanced prenatal yoga certification in 2017.

Sarah's classes are light and playful, encouraging students to start where they are and breathe into the place they want to go. Sarah loves witnessing the power and strength of the human body, and supporting and nurturing humans through growth and intense experiences, whether on the mat or in birth.
