Julie Ann McGaharan
Julie's yoga teacher training was completed through Hot Yoga Downtown in Albuquerque, New Mexico. She has been a practitioner of Hot Yoga for 13 years and various other forms of yoga for over 35 years.
"My belief is that the balancing of our wheel of wellness – our emotions, our bodies, our spirits, our minds and our relationships is how we create and maintain our health and well-being. It is in that balance we find our true selves by utilizing our warrior strength to bring our balance to fruition. Yoga has healed me and kept me young in mind, body and spirit and I wish to pass that practice and resulting benefits onto others through my teaching. A concept that I have carried as an educator is that of always being a student first and foremost – in continual search of new learning and how to share that with others so that we can each find our own authentic states of balanced wellness."
